well i think you need a routine. protein powder is a supliment. as in it helps you. it dose nothing on its own. you need a solid diet and training regieme.

to gain muscle you must eat more calories than you need and also have plenty of protein. about 1g per lb of BW. to loose fat you need to eat less calories than you consume. sadly they dont work together well. to get bigger and stronger you will put on fat and get a bigger gut, then when you try to loose the gut you will loose some muscle.

sort out a decent routine and work out how much you should eat in a day. the internet will give you everything you need with a bit of googling. (try maintinence ). good luck

You might want to go to a body building forum for this kinda stuff where there's more experts on that subject.

But to lose fat, you need to be burning off more calories than you are taking in. To gain muscle you need to be eating more (good calories though, not crap sugars and fats) than you are burning off, and lift weights.

Protien powder on it's own won't make you lose weight or gain muscle.

Usuraly you only do them once. The reason being arms are worked indirecly on 90% of exercises on non arm days. This means it is hard for them to rest and recover. Muscles grow ( get bigger) and repair ( get stronger) when they are resting. A usual split is shoulders and legs, chest and tris, back and biceps. Have a look on bodybuilding.com. And remember more muscle isn't always great for boxers. It can be hugely beneficial if done correctly but if done badly completely useless and a waste of time that could be spent improving your boxing skills

Why would that even be a question bro?..

You can't sit there and pin point who you'd want to look like..he's obviously trying to get his BF% down. and if he's talking about having a gut with a little lean muscle he should focus on just that.

Now there's many ways to go about it obvioulsy...You can choose to do minimal cardio and just lift heavy 3-4x a week drinking lots of water and keeping a high protein, moderate carbs and fats diet.

Start doing your weights in splits where you can do for example Day1: Chest, Tris Day 2: Back, Bi's, Day3: Shoulders, Traps, Day4: Legs, or vary it to your liking..just gotta lift HEAVY stick to lots of water and healthy eating and atleast 8hrs of sleep every night..rest is critical..

I suggest getting your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), which can be googled, and keep track of your caloric intake and just eat 300-500 less calories than the one given on your BMR..

Stick to that routine and you'll be on your way in no time, just gotta give some time for your metabolism to kick in and start helping you burn more fat quicker.
