The boxers run traditionally in the morning and do the other training in the evening. My advice is the following:
Monday, Wednesday, Fiday:
In the morning anaerobic intervals and sprints by running or cykling. So that your feets are the only part of your body which get exhausted and you can perform something hard on your upper body in the evening session.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Aerobic running, for example 3 miles or 5 km. In the evening sparring etc.
Sunday
Rest. If you are willing to do something, just jog or walk lightly.
By doing this you improve both, aerobic and anaerobic endurance and also take care of the important rest. It would be good if you separate the anaerobic running and hard sparring sessions under the different days, otherwise it will be too hard for your body. In fact, if you perform too much anaerobic training your body get overtrained and youŽll do only harm to yourself. Be careful and train hard but wisely.
Sleep well, eat and live healthy.
