    I've got sick after training many times, it's normal to feel like that during a tough session

        Yeah man that's when you know you've really pushed yourself, I puked after playing rugby once. It was a really tough match and when the whitsle went at the end I puked worse than I did after drinking a bottle of vodka.

            ive thrown upp inbetween rounds, this is not unusual in a boxing gym.
