Yeah man that's when you know you've really pushed yourself, I puked after playing rugby once. It was a really tough match and when the whitsle went at the end I puked worse than I did after drinking a bottle of vodka.
after maybe 30 mins of sparring i was so tired afterwards i felt like throwing up. my stomach felt sick. eventually i felt better after i rested for a while.
anyone had this feeling before?
i almost always experience this when i perform HIIT workout.
