Any good learn how to box dvds out there?

I know freddie roach has got one. BUt its too expensive and too many dvds.
I want one longish dvd that covers things like combinations and defense and focus mitt training etc.

Is their one good universal dvd that i can learn from that anyone knows about?

Since IDK the best advice I could give you is to go to youtube and type what ever you want to learn.

Where? How do i find a good one and cheap one? How do i find a coach? Does the coach train a big class full of wanabee boxers or will he have me one on one? How does it work?
Id prefer to be in a class actually so i can get to spar with some students possibly.

Here's a link to some of the Title DVD's. Don't know how many links are still active.

Youtube is good but sometimes it is hard to weed out the rubbish. Title DVD's are good. I also got alot out of the striking portion of Lyoto Machida's Karate for MMA DVD. The footwork and striking of karate is very interesting and bits and pieces can be put to good use in boxing. Anderson Silva's Boxing for MMA is good as well. Good luck!

Does he go over how to throw wild swinging arm punches and keeping your hands down at your waist?
