      boxing and boxing for mma is a night and day difference youre not gonna learn anything thats gonna help you in boxing by watching silva

        Chris Getz "Ultimate Boxing Lessons" pricey but good from what I've seen. There are some excerpts of it on youtube. I'm not expert though.

          Title ones seem quite good. Slow to get them to play though. If only these could be on one dvd now that would be mighty fine.

            I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say, "slow to get them to play".

            I have the collection on my iPhone and I also keep the videos on a small thumb drive to watch on my 360.
