
Well I tend to get through quite abit of the stuff.
I'd say well over a pint per day, and on some days that might even hit 2 pint.
I tend to have Porrage/Oat meal with milk in the morning, usually make a banana milk shake with that, sometimes make another one to have with lunch.
and at work and in the evening's I usually get through 4/5 cups of tea which of course have milk in too.
But a mate of mine was telling me how it's probably not the best thing to have, and that I should probably use Soya milk. Personally I can't stand the stuff.
So is milk really as bad as my mates suggest, or should I just ignore their vegan propaganda?
