  • How you get big shoulders like Jean Pascal and other boxers with big shoulders?

    What exercises are best to hit the shoulders hard?




    And what exercises do you think I should do to work other muscles out harder like my abs and stuff? I want a 6 pack not a 2 pack! I know most of it is diet and I have a 26 percent bodyfat at 193.4 pounds from what the scale I used don't know how accurate the bodyfat tester thing is on it since its scaling my body fat by weight. My height is about 5'10.5

    And as you see by the picture. I have love-handles kind of, which never go away from jogging so its probably because I need a better diet consisting of more fish and less fatty foods.

      Jogging doesn't burn that much fat. I jog almost every day, if it burned that much fat I'd be weighing 170 and ripped to shreds. Being cut is like 99 percent diet I believe... One problem I'm addicted to fatty foods...

        pascal does it by carrying other gay men on his shoulders in the pool and then getting rubbed afterwards.

          lol we are pretty similar in size and look, Im 200 at 511.5

          I'd just go to a gym and do basic machine weights which work on the upper body to improve your shoulders right now.

          For the abs I'd suggest cardio and maybe get some of those ab belts they really do work if you don't have much fat

            a just sit in chair pump the dumbells up for shoulders and also do pull up us on the bull horns as for the six pack a was natrualy skinny so i just done leg raises and decline sit ups ma pictures in ma profile 4years old like but am the pretty much the same now except a bit bigger put on 10lbs

              Are u sure? I always thought those things were a scam. Have u ever used one? My body fat % is about quite low, but i can't imagine just sitting there wearing that belt will actually tone my abs up. I do my daily sit-ups and dont really see much difference as it is.

                ab belts

                theyre full of ****. yes pros use them (not the **** theyre selling on tv, they use profesional stuff thats way better). but they dont use them to build muscle mass wich is just horse****, it doesnt work. they use it to lower the risk of getting injured and to shorten the time how long youre injured. they use em when theyre sore (again not thosre ****ty ab belts, they have sensors they place all over your body) and it works. you feel way better afterwards, its been scientifically proven it works. but thats it.

                youre not getting any six pack with a ****ty ab belt. dont waste your money/time with this ****

                lift weights and change your diet. youre not getting any sixpack by sitting on your ass for 5 mins and have a belt strapped around your stomach. i know the ******s on those commercials look really ripped and stuff but i guarantee you the only thing that had NOTHING to do with the way they look is the ****ty ab belt. youre better off punching yourself in the stomach for 5 mins each day, thatll build more muscle mass. and thats not even a joke

                    Lose the jogging - or keep it to one or two days per week. Look into HIIT - high intensity interval training. Ross Boxing is a site that you will find on the web and he breaks a lot of this stuff down for you. I am using a program similar to his - twice a day.
