I found that doing five 2 minute heavy bag drills thoughout your daily training not including your regular heavy bag drills will increase not only your stamina in the body but in the arms as well. This drill is just 2 minutes of just straight punches non stop for 2 minutes and do this 5 times a day. If you really want to strenghthen your arms add those wrist weights to each hand, I recommend doing it with weights only after your able to get throught the drill 5 times with ease.
