      welli kinda of mixed up the reps...i might go for 15 or do pause rep up to 2 second count.
      pretty much used the confused muscle method.

      i spend about 15 mins...plus my other exercise i do, work my core.

        P.S. does anyone anything about uneven abs? for some reason my left abs are higher and seem thicker than my right abs. anyone know why?
        Hmm this happend to me i dunno but i do cross sit ups as well so i just thought maybe its because when i do one side for i get tired and less exsplosive than on the other side i dont know if this is this awnser this was just my take on it.
