ab works

welli kinda of mixed up the reps...i might go for 15 or do pause rep up to 2 second count.
pretty much used the confused muscle method.
i spend about 15 mins...plus my other exercise i do, work my core.

i do sit ups as part of my normal weights/boxing/calisthenics and in total i probably spend 10-15mins on ab work in a week.
never really thought about the reps i just do them until i feel the burn.
P.S. does anyone anything about uneven abs? for some reason my left abs are higher and seem thicker than my right abs. anyone know why?
