    Not bad.

    A few things:

1- your wrists look like theyre going to break. I have never seen anyone who has their wrists bent like that.

2 - Are you throwing your hooks to hit with the elbow? Extend your arm out a little with your hooks.

3 - When you throw your straight, your right foot should pivot on the ball. You are stepping. Do not do that. You lose power. The power from the straight right comes from planting that foot and pivoting it.

4 - Learn how to punch moving to your right. All of your combos leave you going left every single time. It's predicatable. If I were boxing you, I'd bank on you running into my right.

i think you fall in the same category as posts 7,8,9,you do not seem to look at the accuracy in which the hand comes back to the chin area after one of the many punches or combinations being thrown, both hands show good form in terms of wrists location, wrist location vary from person to person, remember this member is showing us a quick demonstration of a shadow boxing exhibit, with one camera angle.note when the member is moving to the left the head is clearly being focused as if an opponent was in front of him and the foot work still his in good sequence with the shoulders when the punches are thrown, with this said and with what the video illustrates this member shows a good form of shadow boxing

i think you fall in the same category as the moron who thinks we can't have an opinion and decides to run to the rescue of the person who posted the video. he asked what we thought. what i said is exactly what i think.

you address things that make no sense. where did i say his hands dont go back to his chin? where did i say that his head isnt focused properly? how about you get off the computer and go hop back on this kids nuts.
