you gonna knock yourself out with those hooks and uppercuts..throw them at your opponent not at your own chin

other than that it looks decent. try to throw more combinations, different combinations, not just 1-2 or 1-1-2 or a hook/uppercut. be a little more loose. shadow boxing is not so much about speed and power as it is about improving your technique and the punches and combinations you gonna throw in a fight. try to focus on that. thatd be my advice

You looked alright, do you train at a gym? You can't really grasp ones potential from a shadow boxing vid that's a couple minutes long in a small room. I'd keep that left hand higher and give more head movement, but you seem athletic enough.

this guy has good coordination and when he finishes throwing a punch either hand goes into protection mode, you can clearly see through the viewing of the video that the hands and footwork are in accordance with a shadow boxing sequence,i dont know how long the individual has been training for but you can tell that member likes to throw combos swaying to either side and trying to mix it up

You tend to drop the left hand and throw the left hook at the opponent's shoulder, which will leave you open to a counter straight right.

I think your right elbow should always be tucked sometimes its kinda out. Throw your hooks wider get your legs behind hooks and you got squarish a few times and as someone mentioned your left hand started to come down

everytime you throw your right hand you pick your back leg up and slide it over.. thus giving you absolutely no power. stop doing that.

posts number 7,8,9 i think you are watching the video from a one sided angle,as you can see he, member is sparring in a confined area,so when he is slipping to his left of slipping to his immediate right the view you are seeing is one of a fighter who likes to fight inside, note the way after throwing a punch or one of the many combinations how quickly he is able to put the hand next to his chin in a protective manner,
