well, first he didnt give details whats the track he is running on, if its hill a bit or pure plain surface, etc.

all i really wanna know is if he asks a lil bit faster than a jog or whatever.

u calling me ******, smart guy, where in internet things can be read in alot of interpretations.

anyway, i cant argue with u. u r smart. i just asked for clarification when all i want is to help.

so have u already helped the TS? NO! i have fault for asking him ****** question and u gladly delighted to call me ****** for that. its nice for you to call me ****** just to feel your superiority, even in e-world.

    nice one smart guy!

Well I can do 3 kilometres in 10:45, I think 2 miles is just a fraction longer than 3 kilometres (.2 of a kilometre in fact) so I would say I could do 2 miles in just over 11 minutes, maybe 11:05-10

I do my 2mile run on a tredmill before hitting the weights, just flat no incline and i can do it in 12.26mins. I do my long run at the week end usually and its outdoor on mixed terrain but **** knows how long that takes me! Chees for the responses was just curious, seems im doing not bad.

I can't believe how fast some of you guys are. I ran 2 miles on a treadmill in 15 minutes recently and I was very happy with myself. If I went all out, balls to wall I'm sure I could do it in 12 but I might collapse when I was through.

I'm very dubious about Major's ten minutes for two miles. One measured five minute mile on the flat is seriously competent, to do that twice consecutively would put you amongst the very best local elite.

Two miles is 8 laps of a standard 400metre sports track. I'd advise Major to give this a serious timed try, my guess is that 10 minutes will be seriously hard to attain!
lol you're probably right i don't time my sprints...it could be 10-15 i'm not amazingly fast.. time just seems to go by really quick when i run
