  • Not eating after 7pm help.

    So guys I wake up around 10am usually and go to bed at 1:30- 2 am.

    I usually have 2 meals. Sometimes fruit. Plenty of water.

    First meal is usually 12-1pm. Second meal 6pm.

    I find it hard to not eat after 7pm. Anyone got tips and any advice which could help.

    Good idea man I might start doing this I need serious discipline in my diet .I used to have a we cup a soup at my bed man only 50kcal's .I found because it was so hot it filled me up and it was also light

      Might have to give that a look.

      Got told that brushing teeth helps prevent hunger slightly. Drinking water helps with the hunger.

      Not been eating after 7pm for about a week now. Takes a lot of discipline for me.

      Going to the gym 3 times a week now too.

      Big changes. Ready for the football season.

          also. i eat celary covered in mustard before bed. its just doesnt taste bad. and it fills me. and its no calories.

            Yeah soup will make your stomach feel full. and also salad with low fat dressing

              No food after 7pm is for people that go to bed at a normal time ie 10-11pm. If you're not going to bed until 1:30 or 2, you could still eat til like 10 or 11.

              You just don't want a bunch of food (especially carbs) sitting in your stomach right before you go to sleep cause it won't be burned off.

                You need to eat more bro. If you wake up and don't eat til 2 hours later, at least have a shake when you wake up. Eating twice a day is not good for your metabolism and your muscles.

                  Grab a box of protien bar, when your hungry before bed just much one down. make sure you take your time eating it and chewing up all nice or else you might still be hungry after your done it.

                  also look for a protein bar with as little carbs and fat as you can find reguadless of the protien. like you might find a bar with 30 g of protien but 30 g of carbs too or you might find a bar with 15 g of protien and 15 g of carbs id go with the 15/15 over the 30/30

                    You only eat two meals a day .. ? wtf.

                    I'd i've never bought into the "don't eat after X time". Your body needs feeding so feed it. If you stopped eating at 7pm by your standards you'd be fasting for 17 ****ing hours. That's BAD.
