    Medicine ball slams are similar, if you don't have a sledgehammer get a 5-7 kg med ball and throw it from behind the head towards the floor

      Yeah I could see how that would be the same. I do it all I know for sure s it helps your core but have heard it helps with power

                  its a good exercise that works many muscles in your entire body like legs core arms shoulders and back.
