Mvp pro whey. I took vanilla for a while but recently switched to the chocolate brownie flavor and i'm never going back. Tastes just like chocolate milk.

I tried other brands but didn't find anything i liked better than the mvp brand.

Ok, I'm slightly generalising here...but surely the differences in results between most brands of Protein are minimal at best?
Even if one changed protein powders and appeared to be getting better results, this could be purely a placebo effect due to one perceiving that he is using better quality stuff.

With the right diet, training etc, surely it wouldn't matter if you were just using milk protein or just getting your protein from food?
Too much advertising and misinformation around these days. Opinions?

Yea, I have the same questions as you. Granted, I'm not a full time athlete, more of a part-time/weekend warrior/fitness buff so maybe their is a difference for those on here that compete on a serious level.

I used to drink protein shakes, and they did help in recovery, but I stopped spending my money on powders and just eat healthy foods instead. It seems a spoonful or two of natural peanut butter and raw broccoli give me the same thing but in natural foods instead of powder.

Also, is their such a thing as just raw protein? Not something with super-molecules of extra-specialness they advertise they put in these powders, but is a substance sold that is just pure protein? Like a brick of protein would be cool. Not sure if that makes sense, but I don't care about taste of anything at all and would totally eat a serving protein to get it in my body.

I recently switched from Fitness Labs, to Nitro Peak by Inner Armour, it was slightly cheaper, and seems to have been a smooth transition. Anyone have any input on either brand?
