its great i love it. the visibility and fit both are excellent. you can see everything, all the punches. it comes in 2 sizes so whether you have a small or big head doesnt matter the fit will be great

i wanted one of these ...saw manny wearing one in 24/7 but thought the guys at my gym would probably laugh at me...i wish our whole gym had them so we could go really all out in sparring like manny without hesitating ...or holding back for the sparmate

Pro's wear those to prevent cuts or injury before a major fight. If you aren't a pro, you should wear the regular one and still go all out.

There wasn't a day I didn't have a black eye, busted lip or some welt on my face from sparring twice a week.

pros make a living off what they do. at least the ones that are decent. i have to get up and get my ass to college the next morning. has nothing to do with being tough or not
