I'm speaking of the one with the steel facebar instead of the nylon one, how heavy is it?

i got the new one (nylon version) and its extremely light, pretty much like the mexican style one.

why would you consider the one with steel when you can get the nylon version for like 10 more bucks or so

i wanted one of these ...saw manny wearing one in 24/7 but thought the guys at my gym would probably laugh at me...i wish our whole gym had them so we could go really all out in sparring like manny without hesitating ...or holding back for the sparmate

i think Manny uses the Winning FG 5000, why would the guys at the gym laugh at you for using a facebar?

and i got no clue whats there to laugh about those guys must be ******ed or something. if you gotta protect your face then do it but dont just wear it because manny wore it

How good is it? Hows the vision in the nylon one? Hows the fit?

its great i love it. the visibility and fit both are excellent. you can see everything, all the punches. it comes in 2 sizes so whether you have a small or big head doesnt matter the fit will be great
