There is no replacement for running and same goes for any training that is done to prepare for boxing. You can't say you will hit the bag because you don't like mitts or only shadow box because you don't like sparring. You have to do it all in order to make every gain possible at getting better. Rope is fine if you don't like getting your miles in the morning but know that you still have to get your miles in some time.
you try training everyday with barely 6 hours sleep,
Hmm. Why not just train 5 days, putting everything into each workout, instead of training every day and trying to dodge some essential training workouts? Your body needs rest to recover, and more than 6 hours sleep per night.

I get more then 6 hours on the weekend, but monday to friday it's unmovable, If i quit my job, i go homeless, my family's a bunch of don kings, Wont give me crap, and pay me crap wages for the work i due, claiming they pay all my bills, and food and shait,
I want out, I wonna make my own money and stuck my finger up to them bastards,
Take tonight for example, 23:43, At 12:00 I have a shower, I have to be up to run/skip at 6, then in work by 7...
Forget the smart arses, Keep your hustle up. The hard work will pay off! Skipping is a great exercise if your short of time - the best. Vary it and go intense once your warmed-up, maybe try and get a few 3-min rounds in. Do your roadwork at the weekend when you have more time and have had a good nights sleep/rest. Eat a good breakfast and go get ur money. Stay strong brother - ur destiny's in ur own hands.
