Sorry to burst your bubble righthand****er but when I do my pullups I like doing them in that manner. As far as "together" you mean compound movements. Yes, besides that all my workouts are compound movements. My favorite tool for this is actually the kettlebell. Which is all about that, I also like rows, and deadlifts. You don't know me and shoul not assume anything from reading two posts. Sorry big guy.

In fact I've seen more power in my punches from doing Jumping, Squatting and other core work than I have with weighted pull ups

        Combination.

        Squat Jumps
        Hurdle Jumps
        Box Jumps
        Trap Bar Deads
        Med Ball Slams
        Med Ball Throws
        Tire Chops
        GHR's
        Hyperextensions
        Torso Rotations on Hyper Board
        Kettlebell Swings

That's some of the "core work" that I do that has helped with my power to an extent.

Also I do a lot of Olympic Lifts which have helped a lot as well.

its not that bad. depending on reps and sets you could probably do it in about an hour with fluid movement from one exercise to the next. then a few rounds on the bag and about an hour of cardio and you got your self a decent workout.

To me it is. When I do plyos its at 100% or none.

Ground st. Pound, when you do the med ball throws how do you do them? Do you always have a partner? When I have a partner one guy will be in the middle of the ring and the othe guy outside. But when I'm by myself I'll either lay down and throw it towards the ceiling or alternate between arms throwing it towards the wall.

I dont do plyos. my work out is more of a matter of 100% as long as i can a rest then 100% again going for as long as i can over all.

                      LOL. No way.

I take maybe 4 or 5 exercises from there upon a ton more that I have and apply them in each workout.

Usually I do it laying down and on the effort portion of the sit up I throw it against the wall keeping my core tight in the process.
