Sorry to burst your bubble righthand****er but when I do my pullups I like doing them in that manner. As far as "together" you mean compound movements. Yes, besides that all my workouts are compound movements. My favorite tool for this is actually the kettlebell. Which is all about that, I also like rows, and deadlifts. You don't know me and shoul not assume anything from reading two posts. Sorry big guy.

That's some of the "core work" that I do that has helped with my power to an extent.
Also I do a lot of Olympic Lifts which have helped a lot as well.

Ground st. Pound, when you do the med ball throws how do you do them? Do you always have a partner? When I have a partner one guy will be in the middle of the ring and the othe guy outside. But when I'm by myself I'll either lay down and throw it towards the ceiling or alternate between arms throwing it towards the wall.

I take maybe 4 or 5 exercises from there upon a ton more that I have and apply them in each workout.
