My solution: Unzip the heavy bag. Remove the cloth filling and sandbags. Loosen the hardened sand in all 10 sandbags. Wrap the sandbags in towels and then duct tape them. Fill up heavy bag up with the wrapped sandbags and as much cloth and you can put in. Note- Because the towels will use up much of the space, you shouldn't be able to put in all of the cloth filling.

My bag is so much better now and I'm glad I did this.
i just went to take all the rags out of my bag and there is lots in it, it has just compressed, i have been standing on it and turned it upside down whilst punching it, just to break it all up.

now that it has broken up a bit, if i put duct tape around it, will it stop the filling from going down again?

Are you sure you bag is 100% cloth fill? Cause the sandbags in my heavy were all the way at the bottom and there was a lot of filling on top of it.

If your bag is 100% cloth fill I don't think there's any point in putting any duct tape around the filling but I'm betting that there's sand bags at the bottom to add weight.
