What size gloves?

    also with 16 pz you have less power, so if you build a lot of power with 16oz gloves would be even stronger with 10oz

        I know this guy who fought a European title fight at Cruiserweight. His gloves for the fight are at my gym, because he is trained by one of my co-trainers. I'm pretty sure they're 6 oz, but I'm not a 100% sure. They could be 8 oz. Anyway they're THIN, and the material used for padding is ****. You feel your knuckles right through, I'd rather get hit with bag gloves, haha..
        The main reason for sparring with heavier gloves, is guys won't pound each other to mush in training. It's a lot of rounds through a career, and it won't make you any smarter.

          Yea sparring gloves are bigger,more padded and heavier than those used in real fights,either pro or amateur

                    Cruiserweights dont use 6 or 8 oz gloves in professional fights unless he fought in the 1950s or something and im pretty sure cruiserweight weightclass wasnt around then so god knows what your on about
