This is my first post on the forum, hopefully of many!
I started boxing around 6 months ago, and am looking for some constructive criticism in order to improve as a boxer.
My physical stats are;
Age: 22
Height: 5'10
Weight: 73kg
In the video I'm sparring against two other fighters in the gym (2 rounds each).
I'm wearing the grey top and white gloves.

Would really appreciate it if some of you could watch the video and give me some tips to improve.
