  • Twins sparring gloves

im living in an area where its very hard to find some quality gloves without expensive shipping, what do u know about the twins gloves? from what ive heard they are good but i got two questions and would appreciate any response.

    1. i want some gloves i can use for both bagwork and sparring, if i bought some twins sparring gloves and used them for both would they hold up well?

    2. the ones i have my eyes on are white. anyone have experience with white gloves (especially twins)? if i used them on the bags would the colour fade quickly?

i couldnt find a pic of the white ones, but this is the same glove just diffrent colour.

    thanks people

twins are good gloves. They fit nice and tight around the fist, the wrist strap imo deosnt tighten enough though, and the leather will almost crack or split with wear/time.

Overall though, good glove esp for bag and sparring.

A few guys in my gym use Twins - they seem deccent enough.

I had a pair of 14oz.. they were alot bigger than my usual boxing gloves, I figured as they double up as Muay Thai gloves as well.

In my experience found they took some time to break in, in fact I ended up getting a different pair as they caused me a little discomfort and pain in my middle knuckle.

To answer your question they would hold up well, one guy im my gym uses they for both bagwork and light sparring.

The colour does crack and flake a little, with all white gloves I guess you expect them to get dirty.

Overall I give them a 6/10 - (of course just in my opinion)
