I train for a couple of hours each day and i still cant sleep, any tips that might help me get a better sleep?

getting enough sleep each night is important, your body will produce more growth hormone if u can get a good night's sleep.
u can try this though, when you're laying in bed at night, staring at the ceiling and not getting any sleep. concentrate on thinking about nothing except seeing the word RELAX in your head, if it works you will get really bored and fall asleep

It's just a matter of relaxing and controlling your breathing. Take a shower, read a book, masturbating LOL usually helps.
Also try to refrain from watching a lot of TV, playing video games or surfing the web in the hour or so before you plan on trying to sleep.

what part of the day usually do you train, and what time do you usually lay down to go to sleep? Would be helpful to know...

but if u want a more natural way to induce sleepiness... i suggest take a shower before you sleep.
or read a book you really hate to read.

I wouldn't recommend sleeping pills as most have a risk of dependency.
Plus the trips you get on Ambien are not fun.
