You are what you eat and if you have a high carb intake you gonna have the puff belly. Cut down the carbs and eat more protein and watch the fat. If you exercise muslce weighs more than fat so you will be able to hold your weightComment

do not listen too much to weedhead over here! this guy abuses every drug there is and is probably intoxicated as we speak. he probably doesn't look 126 because of all the drugs he abuses his body with. just be careful when you're reading advice from him..Comment

dont even do cardio. load up on healthy calories and work on compound sets (3x5, 5x5, etc) there are a lot programs that wud help bulk you upComment

But you need a high complex carb intake if you are boxing. I eat a ton of carbs, like with every meal, and have a 6 pack.Comment
