Do the abs workout slow any suspended or with weight will help. Doing 400 is not gonna help so you have to challenge your abs. Lay on the floor like you gonna do a crunch but extend your arms and bring your torso up as you do a leg lift at the same time, but slowly and breath tru-out
If you want your abs to be more defined, you have to lose body fat, it's that simple. Upping the amount of reps/exercises you do for abs isn't going to help them come in any clearer besides burning more calories (which, in fact, does help reduce BF% but not to the degree you'd think).
