lol, people be mad criticizing on here when alot don't even box themselves.

I like the clapping of the gloves. It's stylish. I don't see much wrong with your stuff. I can see your tired and your arms started falling but at the same time you quickly fixed your technique. So, there isn't really anything for me to say to fix.

I wish I had a video camera though.

Yeah I know, I try not to do that but like you said that **** just happens when training for a long while... Definitely one of many things I need to work on, and I appreciate the input! One question though, how was my power lookin? Ive been trying to improve it alot so I wanna know what you think... It's a 100 lb. bag by the way.

And yeah the home gym is great I dont know what id do without it, got weights, bench, barbell, e-z bar, heavybag, been meaning to put up the speedbag for a while now im gonna do that soon lol.
tip number 1, moving the bag proves nothing for power. The sound is a better idea, or perhaps a dent in the bag. If you want to move the bag or make it swings, simply push punch it.

Agreed, A good opponent usually takes advantage of that.

This one fight, between a very good kid who was still a junior, and a decent senior, was a close fight that ended up with a 10:8 score to the junior. Why? Because the senior had a habit of dropping his hands to adjust his trunks after exchanges or combos. The kid took advantage of it early on and posted 2 easy points. I think I recall the senior stopped doing it and the fight was even from then on, but those two mistakes the senior made in rd 1, leaving him down by two, cost him the fight in the end.
