    I would recommend a multivitamin if you are getting ill.

    Wheaties has a GREAT vitamin out now it is perfect for people who workout. It only costs about 4 dollars a bottle and seems pretty promising. It has gotten a lot of good reviews as well.

        wheaties as in the cereal as in breakfast of champions? you dont need a prescription for multi-vitamins do you?

          Yes Total and Wheaties both released vitamins. Sure they are a way to earn more money and are identical to most multivitamins on the market. But they are the cheapest and have gained some respect as a decent overall vitamin.

          No they are over the counter, check your local walmart.

          Wheaties is for the active lifestyle while Total is for staying healthy.

          Each are good vitamins.

          Gio-Cleaning up your diet will improve vastly. Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating a clean diet of nothing but natural foods such as lean meats preferably white (chicken/fish) and whole grains and fruits and vegetables.

                just drink a little green tea every morning
                doesnt have to be alot,half a cup is enough

                has mad antioxidants,i get sick once a year maybe(usually when i slack on drinking the green tea),been drinkin it 4 yrs

                  people who train much often gets ill, cause they are with a lot off other in the gym and are fattituged.

                  so its easier to get ill

                  i get a cold pretty often
