Ever since ive been training i noticed that i get sick more often that usual. Whats up with this. This whole week ive been sick as a dog and it sucks really bad cause i usually have to stoping going to the gyms for a week or so.
And as soon as i go back its seems as if i lost much of my endurance from the week layoff.
Does this happen to any of you guys, or am i just trippin?
