I've been trying a lot of different routines so far I've been doing this one for a month now and I haven't missed a beat so I'm gonna stick with it and change it once I peak.

Mon-Thurs all boxing which is a combination of heavy bag drills, piramids, calisthenics and plyometrics without rest for 1 hour and a half and always finish it with ab work and speed bag drills. I do explosive weight training once a week right now since it's all I can really do with my schedule. DB swings, snatches, lots and lots of pullups, deadlifts, squats, dips, pushups (renegade, diamond, wide grip, claps) etc. trying different variations.
ehhehehe. I am actually 34yo, but never married nor had any kids.
I do have a job, but not having a family gives me the time =D

They can't push themselves for that long, I can promise you that. Though they can learn alot of technique.

i run 2 hours a day and hit the speed and reflex bag about 3 hours, broken up. every night i do 200 sit ups, then stretch. am very excited to take the plunge, as i'll be at Gleasons Gym this summer. i'm sure they're gonna kick my ass. especially as i'm a.)white and b.) a Mayweather fan. i love it and can't wait!
