3 hrs- 6 days a week most weeks, but in reality with life, a job, etc. some weeks I'll miss a day of two or can't make it to the gym and just do some work at home.

Lift weights six days a week.... monday and thursday- biceps and back. tuesday and friday- chest and triceps... wednesdays and saturdays- shoulders, legs, abs/hips... Run 3times a week about 3 miles sometimes 4 or 5 if im in the mood, and boxing everyday but at night because i lift weights in the morning, and usually run when im not at work/school...
