hmm... maybe diabetic, or anemic? Or maybe your legs just need a break to heal up.

If you know its nothing that requires medical attention then maybe its your diet and conditioning overall.
-Are you getting proper nutrition before workouts and from day to day?
-Is your conditioning already up to part?

I'll be putting up some conditioning workouts on my youtube if your interested in checkin them out. Subscribe below for when I put it up. Current vid is my chest day workout.

drink a big glass of milk before you go to bed, sometimes it does wonders for recovery.

do you do sprints? Although they **** you up initially they seem to do wonders for your leg stamina

My legs dont feel tired anymore right from the begin but it still gets winded fast and I only sprint once a week. I have very muscular legs especially compared to the rest of my body so maybe its because of those big muscles on my legs that needs all those extra oxygen that my body is unable to deliver after a workout?

Sounds like you need more potassium.
