    Run some longer routes my friend, you need some miles in those legs! When you've got enough miles, then work explosive.

      i only believe in that when muscular guys don't condition. if your doing your conditioning and your still muscular then it shouldn't matter. maybe its all in your head then if your conditioning is up there.

        ?All I can think of is warming up stretch for 12 to 15 seconds and after warming down 30 seconds .Maybe some more protein in your diet could help with the lacid acid or an ice bath i've read can also help .
