First day at my new gym...

Today was my first day at Carlos Gamboa's gym. (Yuris dad) And it was a hell of a traning session! Nice dude, and a great trainer. I also met Yuriorkis, he was hitting the heavy bag when I got there, so that was pretty cool. And you guys should check out his brother Yoelvis. Dude is gonna be a problem. I'm going back tomorrow and tomorrow can't come soon enough! Hopefully I get to spar with Yuriorkis one day.... haha

That's pretty ****ing dope dude, Yuriorkis is going to be a p4p best one day, so youd better listen to what them trainers are tellin you, and if you get the chance to spar with him take it, youll learn so much.. Just dont take any cheap shots!

My second day was even better...Yuri had left right when I got there, but Sullivan Barrera was there as was Yoelvis Gamboa. Look out for those two! My left hook to the body will be back to how it was in a couple of weeks...can't wait to spar in there.

That is amazing. That sounds like lots of fun. Yuri is unreal...seems almost superhuman on TV. How fast is he in real life? I would love to see him fight Chris John. That is the fight. Pay attention in there and learn and share it with us. Some pics would be cool. If you do get a chance to spar with those guys, make a video. Good luck and enjoy.

I only saw him hit the heavy bag so I didn't really see him in action. But he hits that bag like a mule.
