  • What Are Your Opinions On Running Machines?

Are they as good as old school roadwork, and can they build as much stamina as running in the street?

And do they cause less damage to your knee's, joints, hips and legs?

    Thanks!

In that case, than yeah you should be runnin on a machine but once your back to 100 percent its back to the outdoors, or on a bball court or inside track or something.. To sum it all up, if you wanna be serious for boxing, free running is better than machine running any day, for building stamina. It's harder to run outdoors than on a treadmill, so if you run on a treadmill you can go for longer, and cut more weight, thats another reason to run on the treadmill, but unless youre cutting a lot of weight, id suggest just sticking to the good old fashioned outdoors!

I absolutely love them. I wish I had one. I rather watch tv while running than running and watching cars fly by.

tread mills are awesome when it rains out and i can play xbox while i jog.

i still put out a good 2 hours on the road every weekend though.
