it's good to move your head, but don't duck below the other guy's belt

just step to the side, and it'll give you a better angle for a hook or something

ducking alittle low at times. dont get too fancy in there when your sparring guys way below your level. it wont help. when your sparring more adequate fighters( which im sure you do i didnt mean anything bad by what i said) that **** wont work stick to your fundamentals. you were dominating using your fundamentals then every now and then would do something ****** and get caught, and with a more capable opponent he will exploit it better. im not trying to **** on your video but just think about what i said and how you can apply it.

nice work. those combinations flow well and the jab looks great. not that its incredibly fast or incredibly stiff, but u use it very well. u do a great job of controling your oponent with it. good work mixing up your punches too, and going to the body. the pivot is great too, i can tell its something u added to your arsenal quite recently but once u get it down a little bit better thats gonna help u do some masterful work. just keep working on it to make it a bit quicker and u will be able to confuse and control your oponent without using up any energy.

Drinking you're own piss, okay that is pretty damn ******.

Anyways, you are not a bad fighter, but for starters, drink some water instead.

                    We'll start with the cons...

You dip way to low, in a real fight, you will get penalized for this very quickly.

Take a look at your feet when you step back, they come together, giving you no balance. Even the easiest of shots could drop you at that point.

When you jab, you are floating your right elbow just asking to eat a hook to the body. The kid in black looks like he was holding back, maybe I'm wrong though. But if I were him, you would of been throwing up lunch!

You are also not bringing your hands back to your face. Instead you are bringing them to your chest area, then having to bring them up. Eliminate that step.

:59 seconds into the video. Look at your right hand as you are coming in jabbing. You are for starters telegraphing your right hand(Which is probably why he leaned away from it), and more importantly asking to have your jab countered with a left hook. Couple seconds later at 1:04 you throw a right hand and just leave it hanging. Following through with your punches is good, but you are going way to far with it and leaving it out way to long.

At 1:38 you ate a nice left hook because you were pawing with your jab(Which I notice you do alot, as well as with the right hand). Not only are you going to keep getting tagged, you will get warned during a fight for this.

About 2 minutes in now and I can't even comment on the footwork at all anymore because it looks like your feet are those of a toddler who is just learning how to walk.

You are on the ropes alot. Keep moving and dancing along the outer side of the middle of the ring. When you come in charging balls to the wall swinging, you are very off balance and way to much on your front foot. With a guy like him and how much smaller he is, I would fight off my back foot and pick him apart. A simple quick jab will offset him and leave you many openings.

You are crowding yourself alot and just swinging wrecklessly at times(Mostly when you are just charging squared up and chin up. That is never a happy ending). This isn't a street fight, it's a sport. You are taller and have a much longer reach then this guy, and you should use it consistently.

                    Some of the pro's..
At 3:40 you started using your height and reach. You came in with the jab, and came out with it. You didn't sit there and admire it, nor lean in and get in his zone. You got out and kept moving, which you should of been doing since the beginning of the sparring session.

You goto the body, which is something I rarely see amatures do. When you are fighting a conventional fighter, the straight right to the body does not work so well, save that for a southpaw and it will land very clean. Throw a right hook after your jab to the body, where it will go around their elbow. I've ended fights with that simple punch, or set them up to be ended.

All in all, you seem like you have some skill. Most of these mistakes you make are easily correctable, you just have to stop practicing them before it ends up being a long project.

Hopefully you don't take this post as offensive or rude. I noticed you've posted a few videos, so figure I would give some hard criticism and pointers.

                    Best of luck.

                      nice

Youve got some really great straits man, that one two to the head is looking pretty lethal, unfortunately there were a couple things i saw that could do with some tweaking, first i agree with the comment of flat footedness, come on man get moving you had longe range than the last guy u faced and yet you were in the pocket with him?? and that would be fine if your head wasent so stationary the photos at the end were a testament to your lack of head movement, that right uppercut left hook right cross combo at 4:19 i think it is (may be 5:19 6:19 etc (i know its a :19)) is brilliant, thats how u work the pocket and then change position, youve got the pivot to the right down how about the left huh?? and maybe use your left hook a bit more??? i kan help u here if you think its slow or weak etc lemme know....but my main critecisim.... dude hes not a floating head.... work the body a tad more and stop head hunting when hes pretty much covered up. also id love to see you throwing left hooks after the jab set up or maybe even some over hand right?? after working the body with left hook or jab?? my criticisim ends here leme know if u have any more advice or msg me on youtube same name
