nice video...you have really good technique a little flat footed at times though. You can tell uve been doing this for a while

Justin, Your set up and shape is much better,jab and right hand is much improved,work on straight line delivery where the jab and right hand travel in a straight line to and through contact point . On some of those shots you get a bit sloppy at the end with the fist looping off line. You want an on plane hit like hammer driving it's force straight through the nail and not glancing off, Your improved pivot is helping with other shots and the changes is starting to look natural.

Anyway, good job man. Also, good job on the pivots, do more of it. Your sparring partner was a step late every time you pivoted . I see that Sweet Pea head movement, lmao.

Try duckin' or slippin then pivot. I'd like to see you spar someone your height with a decent jab, curious to see how you'd attack that type of fighter with a similar style.

I also like how you were tilting him backwards with the "stiff-arm jab" ala PBF. That's a good alternative to head movement after you finish up your combos, it's either head movement, stepping to the side or simply using that stiff-arm jab.
