How do I get faster hands?

I've been shadowboxing for ages now. my hands are really fast, but idk if i could do it faster somehow. i heard that using the heavy bag doesn't help speed either

any tips would be appreciated

Co-sign that link. You should definitely strengthen your core but look towards overall conditioning for obvious improvement. Some plyometrics should help as well like clap pushups and exercises of that nature.
