How do i build my speed?

its all in your core. the first thing that contracts when you throw a punch is your core. build up your core and shadowbox a lot too because speed comes from also knowing what your doing without hesitation. Gotta build up that muscle memory. Youll increase in speed as your core gets stronger and your combination's become more natural. after youve build a good base in your core work on your shoulders, chest, tris, biceps. if you ever tried throwing nice hard stiff jabs for a whole round that your shoulder and bicep gets really tired as well as your tris. tris and chest will help shoot your punch out faster and your bicep will help bring it back faster too. they all work in sync through the whole movement so dont slack on any one area. goodluck.
