  • question on training and ****ting

    I was just curious but if you eat alot an train hard. If you **** more than usual does it mean your not training hard enough and it hasn't been used. And If you're ****ting nothing does that mean you're not eating enough?

    This is a serious question btw I was always curious.

    lol it all depends on what you're eating man

    i can guarantee you that if you eat pizza and train hard for 3 hours you're still gonna **** more than if you eat veggies and train for 30 minutes

    btw, you're not supposed to eat a lot during training

        If you lose to much weight to fast or if your not eating and drinking enough your body can stop functioning.Try eating about 6 small meals and keep your water intake to a good level plus keep your diet clean.Some boxers drink up to 8litres.

            your bowel movements should occur anywhere between once every other day to three times a day depending on diet and exertion level. you're fine

                Funny topic, but I think it is normal to **** more, and more urgently, when you are in good shape.

                As long as it isn't running straight through you, in which case it will be liquid, you're ok.

                Just for reference though, soluble fiber slows down your digestive tract in a good way. Fruits and beans are where to get soluble fiber.

                    I eat tons when I train, I have a very fast metabolism so I need calories to keep me going.

                    If you have a slower metabolism you won't need as much food.
