Please share what exercises you do so we can get biceps like you. Also please post some more pictures. I'd like to print them off and hang them up near my squat rack for inspiration when I'm doing curls!

Bicep very big and I can clearly see you've been concentrating on definition / toning there. Definite in the " big " category or at the medium-big at least
