For being a "white collar event" I didnt see a good ring, and no stools for the fighters to sit on.....one side of the ring was even close to windows...would of been great to see it get cracked. Anyways, how old was your opponent? Great to know you have lost the extra weight..cong****.

      Good job Lanzarote,

I watched all 4 rounds, I personally had you winnin' the fight.

Round 1 and 2 I thought you landed the cleaner punches, better ring generalship.

Round 3 was really close, but I gave it to Red because he pressed the action more and neither of you were really landing much.

Round 4 Good effort on both sides, you guys opened it up more, this round was probably the most action-packed. Again, you were $$$ with your straight right hands, but, it was another close round. I thought you landed the cleaner punches. So I gave the round to you.

Overall, you guys were more or less evenly matched.

Now, are you ready for some criticism, hehe.

#1 Keep your chin tucked, you had it high in the air and everytime he jabbed you would tilt your head back and it gives the impression that the jab landed or landed harder than it did.

** Next time, just step back, not lean back!

#2 Each punch that you throw does not necessarily have to land. There's 3 main reasons for the jab

      a) The jab is used as a range finder

      b) Set-up other punches

      c) Block the opponents vision

I noticed that you were trying to go over his jab with your jab(not good). Don't be predictable. You did a good job in round 1 between 3:20-3:24 of the vid, where you feinted him and changed levels. You need to do that more often.

Another thing that you did that I liked, was in round 2 between .12-.14 of vid, where you jabbed low then went up high with a straight right or was it an overhand right. That's what we mean by setting up your punches.

Jabbing does not have to be at the same spot everytime, mix it up, have fun with the combinations. But of course, none of it will work if you don't have the proper range!

      Keep up the good work.

                well that is impressive

well if you have had 85 amateur fights for 72 wins im assuming you would be pretty good. What weight and what titles or tournaments have you won ?

They must of been quite tuff battles for you considering it was only last week you started a thread on here about ''How to breath while boxing?''

                  Keep up the good work..
