    Extreme Diet

    My trainer says wen i fight he wants me fighting in the 141 lbs class im about 155-157 lbs now so ima drop that weight off quik smart

    So i drew up a diet plan and its like this

    4am wake up and jog 7 miles in a sauna suit with 5 lbs ankle and wrist weights NO water after wards to keep weight down

    5:30am breakfast of 10 g****s 1 apple 1 orange 1 pear
    10am snak of 1 handful almonds

    1pm lunch of salmon sandwich wholemeal bread


    4:30pm small bowl of brown rice


    6pm boxing gym


    no more food for rest of day as i herd its bad to eat past 7pm and im back from gym till like 8:15pm

    so yeah thats the plan, today is the first day i got back from the run i wanna drink water so bad but i cant and im eating my breakfast as we speak will update later tonight im sparring.

    OHHH and i forgot to mention i weighed myself after the run and i weighed 149 so i lost 7 lbs just by that run so ill be down to 141 in matter of days then dam

    should i try for 132 then? because at thsi rate ill be 141 by day after tomorrow......maybe 132 would be my proper weightt


    another edit....im cutting the grenn tea and coffe just un neeeded liquids.......

      Youre losing a lot of water weight, How tall are you? the pounds will jump back on. Im trying to get down to 141 myself and comfortabley when im feeling lazy im at 150, I drop to 145, and i want to hit 141 for fights. You need to eat more food than that bro. Theres nothing wrong with green Tea, Tea has Barely any cals. When is your fight?

        If you eat like that, your stomach won't let you sleep and you'll feel like **** the whole day.

        For a rapid diet, I'd recommend the velocity diet. (google it, t-nation)
        If you've got the money, you can buy their expensive supplements, otherwise use cheaper alternatives - check out some bodybuilding websites/forums for advice. I just took casein and whey shakes, green tea, shredded flax and omega 3 capsules.

          Have fun running 7 miles the next morning without having consumed anything for 11.5 hours.

            You’re not eating enough in that plan, your metabolism will slow down to counteract the lack of calories and you will feel fatigued and sluggish. Also not drinking water to keep yourself dehydrated is a horrible idea. There are tons of diets written on this forum by people who are much more knowledgeable on nutrition then I on here. Use the search function to look up some of the threads about diets on here and you can get a good idea what your diet should look like.

                i Stopped reading after u said u wouldnt drink water in the morning after 7 mile run....awful idea...and dangerous

                  well **** today i followed the diet and man i was ****e dup all day man i was feeling wewak as a baby and heavy int he legs and my head hurt liek hell and my mouth was dry as **** i felt horrible. but i had a sparrign session scheduled for 6pm with another guy from my gym so i went to please my coach but ooh lord i was feeling bad. even warming up i felt dizzy and sick and weak and i looked int he mirror and my eyes were sunken and my face was white as oh man

                  so i was supposed to spar 3x3 with this guy and then either maybe spar some more or go home (what we do on sparrign nights) so despite my horrible condition i got in the ring with this dude was about 5''8 but lke 160 prety stocky dude anyway we started the round and like most people who spar me just came flying at me with a big hook, i ducked under it and clicnhed coach was like wtf guys break and box clean so i started moving away but my legs were slow and heavy so i had to stay put and cover up as he wailed away with big shots luckily i blocked most and i tried to fire back and landed a couple shots then moved away and lowered my hands a little but he caught me with a big left hook it was like there was an explosion in my head liek a big flash of light my neck snapped back i think i got whiplash and my legs ****ing turned to jell-o AGAIN i was doing a crazy chicken dance across the rign (i dont remeber too well i got told) and i stayed on ym feet and went to the ropes and covered as he went nuts with power shots i was just like a floppy ragdoll too dazed and weak to fight back my coach was screaming at me 2 fight back then the guy slowed downa little and i came back with a few shots then tried to move off and went back to another corner and covered up till the end of the rond.

                  second round iwa sdizzy and hurt mainly jsut coverign and clicnhign then he caught me with an uppercut as i bent down and i was on ym knees for a couple of seconds but got up then he put me on the ropes again hurt me with a body shot and then everyone said he alnded 2 or 3 clean shots to my head and i was out just flopped onto the mat and didnt move apparently everyone went crazy worried lifted me up and were gonna call an ambulance lol but i was sorta still awake jsut dazed so they put me ona chair gave me some powerade and **** coach asked me why i looked so **** and slow i told him i didnt know he kept askign what i had eaten etc so i told him about the diet and he said that was the ******est ****ing thing he has ever seen any newbie boxer do. he said he wnated me to get to 141 eventually over 3-4 months not to get there in like 2 days and he said i cant spar again for 28 days (which is like in amateurs aparently) because i got koed and ive been kncoked around in sparring too much lately he said it could be bad for my health

                  wtf ****ing hell this isnt fair my coach is a ****ign ******* i didnt do anythign wrong i was just doign what he said the ****ing coacksuker

                  what wuld you guys do in this situation

                    Like I said in another post.. If I were you I'd quit boxing! You sparred like 5 times and every single time you been dropped and this time you were KOed.. You have a weak punch resistance .. which isn't a bad thing, unless you wanna be a boxer.. This sport aint for everyone and I'd be more worried about my health than anything.. And your coahc is a dumbass for letting you go a second round after you did the chicken dance
