I need to go from 243 to 160. Someone help me out with committment

I want to lose 83 pounds to start a boxing career or fight ameteaur. I notice i can lose 7 pounds in one week by just eating the following....

Breakfast: 1 Cup of Whole Grain Cherios with milk

    Snack: Apple

Lunch: 250ml Can of Campbell`s Chicken Soup

    Snack: Apple

Supper: 1 Cup of Hamberger Helper or Anything that my parents cook, anyways i keep it to a small porportion

Is this a healthy way to lose the weight. Oh and i forgot to say when i was 13 i did this and in 5 months i lost 50 lbs and ended up getting gallstones and needed surgery and lost even more weight cuz it was hard to eat much.

    Any SUGGESTIONS...thanks

Thatd not a diet thats just stafving yourself.. Youll lose most of your strength if u keep that up.. Eat 4 to 5 times a day.. No an apple doesnt count.. Take a shot glass full of almonds.. U have no fiber.. Means no dookie for u.. Try around 3 hours after u wake up havd some dxtra fiber bread with organic penutbutter best time to digest bread. Also u need some vegetables salad with chicken is always good.. *** that cambells soup. And just do exercise... Good luck

Being that you've lost 50 pounds when u were younger and ended up getting gallstones doesn't that provide some sense of caution when losing weight like this?...

          God, what a moron.

Um, firstly you kind of answered your own question already.

and secondly, losing 7lbs a week is VERY unhealthy.

Man up, fight as heavyweight. You won't make 160. I have trouble making 141 and i'm 152 and in shape. It'll be hard for you.

It can be done, I cut from 225 to 162 in 4 months....Still 162 right now but put on a lot of muscle without gaining weight, despite going to the gym 5-6 times a week, I still can't bench as much as I did when I was 225...

Diet, and you gotta run everyday 40-60 minutes.

                  Crist, how daft.

That diet sounds great if your planning on becoming the next Kate Moss.

Apart from having no energy whatsoever to actually box/train on that diet, you could as others have said put your health at risk.

Eat well, eat often and train hard and the fat will fall off. With a proper training plan in order you can eat right all day long as long as you putting in the effort in the gym.
