Right then , try this >>>

          Breakfast >

oats with honey (instead of sugar) & a chopped banana , washed down with a glass of ornage juice .

Lunch (3 hours later, as breakfast fills you up) >

Small pot of fat free yogurt

          Snack >

          Handful of blueberries

          Dinner >

Two breasts of grilled skinless chicken with steamed brown rice and veg

          Workout >

          2 hours

Have a banana & a whey shake after you finish your workout .

Or if you REALLY want to drop weight FAST , try this >

            Breakfast > bowl of muesli

2 Hours later > one banana

2 Hours later > bowl of soup (no bread or rolls)

2 Hours later > small pot of fat free yogurt

Snack on a pack of blueberries (only 30 cals & full of goodness) and drink 4 cups of tea a day !

Have a whey shake as soon as you finish working out & within a month you would of probably of lost about 20 Lbs depending on your work ethic !

Drinking plenty of water is good when taking your training seriously, you will burn fat faster as your metabolism will increase. I myself drink water with this 0 Calorie / 0 Sodium- Green Mix. 5-6 of 500 ML Bottles / day, makes you pee like never before but it works. I'm going down from HW to CW and need to lose quite a lot.
I was as high as 259 looking even worse that Arreola at times, now at 235 more leaner but still to soft, more like Eddie Chambers style, my goal is 199-200 and with added weight training I may or may not make CW, but I'm ok staying in HW but in far better shape thatn I was before I started the diet. just my 2 cents
