People who are injury prone and/or get sick all the time need to switch to a diet high in seafood, fresh fruit and fresh vegetables lightly steames. Salad will go nice with the sea food.
Looks like I will never be able to start a boxing career. =/

you probably have a slight tear of the interior lumbar,it will heal but it takes time, complete rest is needed, this tear happened when you were hitting the heavy bag,you were swinging wildly throwing wild haymakers from every angle,if you keep swinging like a guy who is trying to swat a fly you will possibly rip your shoulder out of the socket,is your arm been in a sling, just take plenty of rest and your tear and your shoulder socket will healComment

I've recently had an appointment.. A scheduled date for my AM debut on December 11th..
I'm training... and also dropping in weight.. Not by much though.. I walked around at 132 or so.. I needed to be at 119 for the fight, but then I heard 119 was removed, therefore I had to make 123. 1 month away for the fight.. I feel this chest pain.. By my heart... I was doing the pads with my trainer, and this sharp pain was there.. I weight myself that day and I was 123. I told him about it, and he thinks its from the weight loss.. But I didn't think so.. So yea.. I finished training for the day.. Doing light stuff.. Cause I couldn't do anything.
The next day.. OMG.. death... This pain was intense.. Its on my left peck, but every time I take a deep breathe or throw a hard left hook.. It hurts.. The pain didn't go away.. Advil didn't work.. No pain creams.. NOTHING!
Then I made an appointment for the doctor.. To check my heart, and they say nothing is wrong.. I'm like WTF then? What's wrong.. They say it might be "Inflamation of the heart"
Its been 2 weeks later, and the pain isn't as worse as before, but I can't run like I can before because I can't take deep breathes like I used too.. My power is sapped because I can't throw hooks with leverage, and when I go to evade a punch to lean down.. The pain comes..
Has this happened to anyone? I'm thinking I tore something, but it doesn't hurt when I move it.. Only when I breathe or use the muscle to throw a punch or evade.. I don't think I tore something, but probably partially?
**** man.. Watching Cotto lose, made me just want to work hard for my fight, but I can't even train! This **** sucks because I wanted to enter the Golden Gloves also for the novice division.. I had great sparring so far.. What ****ing luck do I have!!! :****you: :****you::****you:
This is more of an opportunity than a loss of your career, should you have gone into your first fight being severly weight drained you would have lost like hatton did to pacquaio.
Stay at your NATURAL weight and let NATURAL weight loss ensue, this is the am's boy. Just becuase the pro's weight drain themselves does'nt mean you have any business to do it yet.
Fight at YOUR weight, not theirs manComment

no wonder you injured yourself, you being a ****ing ******, no offence but your in the am's dude you dont need to do some pro regime weight loss program. This pain is your body's signal telling you that your coach was right, its from the weight loss dude. I walk around at 140 and guess what weight i fight at? 140 or higher *gasp!* Let your body take its natural weight loss, eat like a beast and take in alot of protien, drink your milk 4 times a day and water all day long every day. The weight you lose from running and normal boxing training combined is all you should lose.

My natural weight is around 145 and I fight at 125, 123 now that the classes changed. I'm thinking about going to 132 now, but still 145 to 132. All my opponents are about the same size as me meaning they probably do the same.Comment
