    Also, alot of times in peoples first fight they just immediately throw out all the technique they have spent the last several months learning and go crazy and just start brawling. Don't do that. Try and be as relaxed as possible, make a gameplan for yourself before the fight and stick to it.

      I've had 7 won 4 lost 3 fought the British Champ twice and lost both times the 1st time was close but the 2nd was clear
